An ATM that doesn't dispense money

Ok, so who has ever heard of an ATM that doesn't dispense money?! Travis and I haven't either until this afternoon. We did a mystery shop and had to pay with cash. We didn't have enough on us so we just did what any normal red-blooded American would do- we went to the ATM. As you can see from the picture, the ATM wouldn't give us any money! Maybe it is one of those "new-New Orleans" quirks, I don't know but it was kind of strange and I thought I would share it with our blog-reading friends.
