Ok, this video is kinda funny. Peeper doesn't get close enough to his food bowl when he eats and therefore his back legs continually come off the ground while he is eating. This video doesn't show it, but one time both back legs came off the ground about 3-4 inches and remained in the air for 3-4 seconds! It was hilarious!!
