Ok, so since I accidentally deleted my blog I am going to do a super quick update. Travis and I are doing fine. We are still in Smyrna, GA but hope to be back in New Orleans in March. Travis has recently started working on book reviews for this upcoming semester. He has taken a break from school work to see if that helps his panic attacks. I don't know if it has worked or not because we now are parents to a cute little puppy named Peeper. Travis LOVES playing with Peeper and has told me that Peeper has helped him tremendously. They are so cute when they play together. Peeper is literally a handfull! He weighs around 1.5 pounds and is FULL of energy and playfulness. He cracks us up. Last night, he leaped off my leg and flew through the air to land about 3 feet away. It was amazing! I am doing well. I am enjoying Peeper a lot too. I have become quite attached to this little fella in the 1 1/2 weeks he has lived with us. I have also realized that I am missing making baskets. I made a bunch in December for Christmas gifts and haven't made any since. I think I am going to order a kit from a friend of mine for a basket purse. If you are familiar with my current purse and my beach tote this new purse will be in the middle of them (with regards to size) but will be closer (in size) to the purse than the tote. I am excited about it.
I have included a bunch of links to the left. One is for the seminary if anyone is interested in seeing what is going on. Another is called "online photo album." Click on this link and you can view our pictures we have uploaded to a photo sharing website. I will typically post an entry in my blog letting everybody know when we have uploaded new pictures. Right now, you can view December 2005 and January 2005. It is a new program and I didn't realize I couldn't create subfolders so everything is lumped in 1 folder for each month. From now on, they will be in individual folders for each event. You can also download whatever pictures you are interested in by click on the actual photo.
I have also decided to get my website up and going. It is a link on this page. If you look on the left under the "links", you will see "Just the Wright Basket." Click on that link and it will take you to my basket site. Currently, it doesn't have anything in it. However, that is going to be a project over the next few nights. I will have pictures of all my baskets up there and the cost for each (including shipping & handling.) If you wish to order one, just click on the "comment" link below the picture and send me your name, mailing address, colors (if applicable,) phone number, and payment method. I will be accepting PayPal (if you choose to use it- it is very easy and secure and will have a link on my page for it,) as well as checks and money orders. If you pay me in person, you can use cash but I would prefer you not mail me cash. There is also going to be a three week turn around. However, at first, it might be longer because all of my patterns and supplies are still in New Orleans and I will have to get them if I get any orders before we move back. Grandmama, I know I still owe you a 2 plate mates and a napkin buddy. They will be made once I get reconnected with my supplies. Take a look at the site and let me know what you think!
